According to the manual, the trading system used by Forex Autopilot is based on more than 20 forex indicators such as Alligator, Fractals, DeMarker, William’s Percent Rate, etc. It does not implement a stop loss strategy and uses its internal signals to close losing trades which could make trading slightly risky (especially if you are a beginner)

Even though the Forex Autopilot website shows a screen shot of $6,000 profits the system made in 3 weeks, many claim that this could have been manipulated... In light of this, Chris from FxTradingReviews.com actually went out to back test the system.

This was a back test ran on 2008 January to October and the although the line isn't smooth, it does show that the system is consistently profitable... even in the volatile conditions we experienced in 2008.

In fact, that report shows the Forex Autopilot system had 229 winning trades and only 9 losers during the 10 month back test. That's a success rate of just over 96%!

Other traders have also put the FAPS system to the test on their demo accounts and it managed to yield a staggering +815 pips for a month. Out of 58 total trades, the system only made 2 losers which - comparatively speaking - is a great achievement.

About 10 traders have published their demo results and none of them have earned below +250 pips for a single month. But remember - that is only on demo. It is a different ball game altogether when it's live.

One minor flaw with this system is the lack of stop loss, which makes trading a lot more riskier. The system closes losing trades based on a number of rules that is specifically designed to prevent large draw downs, but this still introduces some level of risk that might not be acceptable to all traders, especially if you are not able to monitor its trading activities.

For this reason it is advisable to not allow Forex Autopilot to trade with your life savings while you're sleeping... but it's totally safe to be let lose with a limited amount of capital in a controlled environment.

Forex Autopilot is definitely a leader of its field, with thousands of happy traders using it every day to make more and more money. At $99, it's a steal considering the amount of 'profit power' and the $100 bonus cash you get with it. However, quite why Marcus Leary is so keen to get rid of his forex secrets like that we will never know...

All in all, Marcus Leary's Forex Autopilot is one of the rare examples of a trading system that actually lives up to the hype.

You still need to get it set up and configured correctly but after that, it's just a case of letting it roll. Obviously, without any stop loss mechanisms, you will need to keep a close eye on how much the system loses when it makes those inevitable losing trades... but apart from that, it is a steady and profitable robot which is making a lot of people very happy.
